Would you like to be guided into a sustainable mindfulness practice? The Well team will support you in private sessions until you find your own easeful stillness.
Find time with one of The Well's facilitators and learn about how to begin your own mindfulness practice from the comfort of your own home. Choose one or a package of three private (intended for 1 or 2 people on the same Zoom call) 40-minute sessions and be led through foundational practices with follow up materials and a few guided meditations to help you sustain your practice.
Each of The Well's teachers has a unique style and background to learn from. No matter who you choose, you will receive a foundational practice developed by our team.
To schedule a session, purchase 1 ($40) or 3 ($100) sessions in our store. We will follow up by email, phone and/or Zoom to learn more about you and pair you with your perfect guide. Questions? Feel free to reach out.
